This is my issue with him - he doesn't actually care about banking regulation/prosecution in the slightest. If he did, he would have gone after Trump continually as Trump dramatically scaled back white collar law enforcement of all kinds. Instead, silence and raging against the fact that federal law enforcement correctly determined that Trump's campaign was in cahoots with the Russians. (this is something he still bizarrely denies)
Plus all those smoke signals he sent out to his investor buddies with Tweets, of course he used his mob boss language, so he could never be prosecuted.

This is literally what we're discussing, it is what the thread is about. If you think that actually the truth is that the Obama administration aggressively investigated and prosecuted financial industry malfeasance, you should respond to the OP.

What are you talking about?

I specifically mentioned the AAA rating on the CDOs. You said that was never investigated. I asked if you could prove that. Can you ? Yes or no? If you can, do it.
