Or to be maximally charitable to Thune maybe he just figured out today that RFK Jr. is a nut. That's not great but the good news for Thune is he can do something about it and have him removed! I'm sure he will get right on that.
To wit, a proper media would hound Thune with a followup question.
"If this man is unfit to serve, why haven't you impeached him yet?"

Well, there's a fine example of an uneducated and ignorant people leading to the fall of Democracy.
They have listened to and believed propaganda from the enemy.
Now it has become their identity and their ego will defend such nonsense against all facts, logic, and reason.
Against all decency and decorum, they will cling to falsehoods like a false idol. Until their dying breath.

How does one protect a Democracy from devolving into such madness?
United States is now a cautionary tale of how to fail at that task. Of preserving Democracy, an Enlightened population, and of human rights.
These precious things, they are a packaged deal. Lose one and lose them all. Even if you do not see it yet. We let it slip away from us.

JFC! This nation is off the deep end stupid. ... Texas sues Tylenol makers citing debunked claims It causes Autism and ADHD.

Funny, no generic manufacturers of the drug in this "lawsuit". This is transparently quite a shakedown for bribes to make it go away.

Discovery is going to be wild. When the lawyers from Tylenol ask how they came to the conclusion that their product caused autism their response will be:

"We talked to a guy who swam in the sewer/feces."

Sue windmills for causing cancer while you're at it Paxton you criminal.

Ken Paxton is a cancer.

Is it a requirement that their eyes be fucked up in some way?

Another victim of taking a Nyquil and a Dayquil in the dark. Although he kind'a looks like he's seriously concentrating on separating the fecal from the fumes in his effort to unleash a seam busting ripper.

bari weiss is a great example of this
I guess there is one more issue now that you bring up Bari Weiss: there is also the issue of punditry vs journalistic competence. Many pundits think they're some sort of journalist, but they really aren't. They're just opinion mouthpieces.
