Herd immunity is already an issue though as we've seen from periodic measles outbreaks. These unnecessarily shifting guidelines will only serve to create more uncertainty among people with lower health literacy, and increase the number of sites for potential outbreaks. And it's not going to be the adults primarily suffering - they've been vaccinated for the most part. It's going to be children, who have no agency to decide these health things for themselves, that will suffer.

The publicly facing tech industry is filled with people ripe to be taken in on woo because that industry pushes the whole "disruption" business and never considers why certain things were done the way they are.

Being two-faced is not a problem with Trump's followers because it's their way of dealing with the clash of morals, ethics and common sense that being loyal to a convicted felon and perpetrator of numerous other crimes creates for them.

They've found their happy place from being contrarians when it comes down to dealing with the realities of life while defending an alternate reality that makes no sense.
