Ever have a friend who's from Phillipines/ Vietnam/ India/ Nicaragua/ El Salvador/ Romania? Basically you go overseas for jobs and treatment since your domestic country is fucked beyond belief with no prospects of it being saved. Infact there are businesses like schools and universities set up for 1 purpose: to help set you in a foreign land with jobs they need.. be it manual labor or skilled labor and you make money and send it back home to your family via remittance.
