I just read an article about experts being alarmed that rfk jr is ordering placebo testing for vaccines. This guy is not a ~#%> doctor. WTF!
 
Somehow I hadn't been aware he was doing heroin for 14 years, basically all of his formative adult years from age 15-29. It's possible I hadn't been paying that much attention because surely this fucking crackpot was going to disappear again soon 😕

In all, the chapter provides a clear explanation of why Kennedy relentlessly attacks evidence-based medicines; vilifies the pharmaceutical industry; suggests HIV doesn't cause AIDS and antidepressants are behind mass shootings; believes that vaccines are harmful, not protective; claims 5G wireless networks cause cancer; suggests chemicals in water are changing children's gender identities; and is quick to promote supplements to prevent and treat diseases, such as recently recommending vitamin A for measles and falsely claiming children who die from the viral infection are malnourished."

RFK Jr has been a crackpot for a long time. Doing heroin from like 15-30 probably completely cooked his brain, long before the worm ever came along.

It's a shame that we, as a society, have tolerated people like him in public spaces.

We need to tolerate people like him in public spaces; it is just we are supposed to be smart enough not to listen to the drug addled guy ranting on the corner about how we are all going to die from 5G. But in Trump world we make him head of the HHS.
Really, he is just one micro-stroke away from wearing a sandwich board that reads 'The End is Nigh!'

I mean tolerate as in "people gave him a platform and empowered his bullshit". He just came up as many who sprouted during an insideous, anti-science movement.
 
Also, hookworms can’t affect you unless your miasma is bad. RFK-Jr is a leading figure in biology's equivalent to flat-earthers.

I assume that my faith is just weak or whatever; but if the problem isn't pathogens but 'terrain' just what exactly are you strengthening your immune system to fight? And what is it that is killing you if your immune system is insufficiently strong?
