This nazi shitbag stabbed and killed a Bowie State University student over the weekend at UMD campus, who was scheduled to graduate tomorrow and was recently commissioned as a 2nd Lt in the US Army.

While the call out was unnecessary, the subject & the commentary fit the posting guidelines, I think.

Let's face it- we've see an enormous amount of whining & bullshit about Berkeley & Antifa from the Right. At least nobody is dead on account of them. That can't be said for the Alt-right.
 
Much of the alt-right certainly encourages such hateful attitudes and provides a sense of validity for deviants who desire to act upon their hateful attitudes. I would not say this killing is a product of the alt-right, but I would not judge them innocent either.

Separately @zinfamous, I don't much believe in "if you can't beat 'em, join 'em". I find your posts a healthy push down the same slippery slope you are attempting to condemn.

I agree, 100%, and while I much prefer your measured and contemplative approach towards these issues that plague us today, I've decided to be the asshole for now.
 
The equivocation from the right on violence drives me nuts.

No, it's not cool if a Berkeley protester punches someone or smashes a window. It hurts their cause and gives fodder to their opponents. But there's a big difference between that and the "alt-right," which at its worst genuinely wants people dead... and sometimes, merely because those people exist.

I'm sorry, but if you asked me to choose between rioting lefty protesters and a movement that tolerates and occasionally condones racist attacks, I will choose the unruly lefties all day, every day, for all eternity.

Unless Zin has gone full retard while I've been away from P&N due to my whirlwind 9 month sabbatical during which time I dedicated my life to ensuring every WA state purveyor of legal retail cannabis and associated derivatives was of the utmost quality and up to code Zin is one of my favorite posters despite having very different and often opposing political views.
