the ultimate screwdriver!!!11

im looking to acquire the ultimate multipurpose screw. i currently have one with magnetic tip, telescoping, multiple bits, and a built in led. but ive lost a couple bits and the the tail switch cap for the light, so i need to replace it

who can give me a recommendation on the ultimate screwdriver (for computer work that is). some features i would like:

1. multiple bits (more the better: flat and philips 1,2,3, torx, star, whatever)
2. magnetized bit end
3. telescoping screw retriever
4. ratcheting capability,
5. bendy to fight tight spaces
6. led lights

any more?

I like the little orange and black screw driver at Wal-Mart. Great little thing, and for $6 too. I've had several on hand for the past few years, and replace them when they get too worn... Great for on the ship too....
 
You want a screwdriver that bends, ratchets, and has little LED lights on it?

If such a thing exists, it will only be found in the lands far to the East. You must go there, and seek out Mr. Hu.
 
Hmmmm....makes me feel like a Luddite since my favorite screwdriver is a Snap-on #2x6" with the tip magnitised, that I have had for 30yr.

Yeah, bending does not go well with telescoping retriever. I had one that did everything he said but bend, it was pretty badass. Hopefully someone knows of something similar, because my old one also broke like the OPs.
 
wow. i know snap on stuff is awsome, i love there tools, but 51 bucks for a screw driver? i think the screwing (bad kind) is going both ways there.

The snap on ratchet driver as shown earlier in the thread is a great example of getting what you pay for. An extremely strong driver with a fine ratchet which happens to have a lifetime warranty. As long as you don't use it as a pry bar then you wil never have a problem with it.
