Actually, I think it's some cheesy kit car, powered by some lame, bottom of the line SUV engine. Ah yeah, the engine from a Ford Escape.

LOL! Yep, a "kit car" indeed. At least that's how they get them into the US;)

If you're one of the people who have the balls to even drive a car like this, I think looks wouldn't be on the top of your list.

The Noble is a very good car. They couldn't get it to pass US emissions standards, so they decided to sell it as a kit instead. Actually, I like this because you can buy a pure sports car without all the added safety crap that adds cost, complexity and weight to the car. The Noble is as good or better than any production car made. It's just that you buy it in a kit form.

Who the fvck cares? It looks that way because it has to to function this way. I'd trade my Z06 for it in a heartbeat!

I knew about the Exige, but thought that it was just a hardtop version of the Elise. I can see now that it's much more than that. I want one and I want one now!!

Sal

I do. Who cares have 400hp driving in 30mph zones? It's about style, and I'd rather look good than bad. But then, some people actually like the lotus style. Personally, I've never liked lotus.

You want stability control, traction control and ABS in a pure sports car? The lack of these features is what makes the Elise so great.

No it doesn't. The exterior is a horrendous shape, aerodynamically speaking.

Well, the necessity of air bags isn't as cut and dry as it might seem:)

The Elise and Exige do have relatively poor drag coefficients, at 0.42. What they do have is good downforce (pretty balanced front and rear, with the Exige having greater amounts of both), and good stability, as well as relatively small frontal areas.

Bah, how'd you know I'd be dropping in?

I'd kill for this Exige. Alas, it probably costs a few hundred thousand dollars. :(

I've never seen rotors slotted like those rear ones. Pretty funky looking. AP racing makes some solid stuff though.

BTW, you can get some nice, desktop sized picture here:
