it's definitely juicy and both bacon and ground beef are throughly cooked. (the wiener's done too)
Didn't seem like it'd be difficult at all to cook enough to be safe. And, if you get your hamburg from a good source (i.e. not from a supermarket that obtains all its hamburg from some gigantic company half way across the company that grinds of 100 cows at a time), then there's really not a problem with having a good burger that's medium rare.
