Getting rid of NCAA college conference tournaments and expand the 65 team field to 256..

I think its very farfetched but it sounds cool though
 
i don't like that idea personally. and i don't remember many coaches saying they didn't like the conference tournaments. i like the idea better of limiting the number of teams that get invited from one conference. (there was an idea that you can have no more than 5 teams in the tournament from any one conference)
 
I agree with getting rid of most of the conference tourney's, but 256 teams? What's the point of the regular season? Damn, if you are going to take 256 teams, just start the season with the NCAA tourney and get it over with.
