the uber credit card

The black card available by invitation only, if you need to ask how to get one then you shouldn't have it. The only way I'll probly ever get one is if I hit the lotto.

Platinum CCs double your warranty for free, why do you hate Amer- uh, free warranties?

0% interest on your CC in perpetuity if you don't carry a balance.

whatever... it's a status symbol. and i dont think there is a limit anymore as my gold amex doesnt.

If you do the research, you'll see a main prerequesite is not JUST spending a lot, but doing a lot of travel. There are a TON of travel-related benefits (free GOLD memberships with airlines, hotels, etc).

no its not, you can buy your way in

Must be a platinum "charge" card holder and spend $250k a year on it in order to be invited. Annual fee is $2500/yr. All Amex "charge" cards (green, gold, platinum) have an "exposure" limit that once you reach it, they will deny charges until you make a payment or prove you can pay it back (you have to ask what your exposure limit is). I use the stuffing out of my Amex cards and know them pretty well.

Realistically, is there anyone who charges more than 250,000 a year and doesn't travel?
