If this is true it wouldn't be the first time in history a dictator hated the Jewish people while being partially Jewish, it's a form of self-hate (I'll let Moonbeam address that).

Well, you hinted his was partially Jewish. That infers that he has part jew in him. To be part something you cannot be speaking of a religion.

Ahmadinejad is Muslim not Jewish.

There is no part being Muslim and part being Jewish.
