Great that they say that behind closed doors... Maybe they should call their pet Republican congresspeople to do their fucking jobs.

Someone's pushing him along these decisions, and I'm not looking for the obvious "Putin" answer. I mean the literal person whispering to him and implementing this stuff.

The 25th Amendment would still not stop the disaster (it should still be explored or done though). Vance is still in the "let's let the the president be a king" camp when it comes to impoundment, neo-segregation, and tons of other illegal and anti-constituonal actions.

I don't think Republicans have the ethical fortitude to do anything that might be considered right.

Vance is a muppet and puppet - he would be more likely to calm down with the economic suicide enough to at least stabilize things., mainly probably the trade wars. He would definitely continue on with the destruction of America in every other way.

The economic calamity Trump is causing is possible, but help completely sour people on Trump, Musk, and Republicans. If they kicked him out early and tamped down the trade war stuff, I fear it would be harder to get people to care about other actions, since some only see with their pocketbook.

If Republicans had played their cards right, they could have continued to ride the soft landing and do Project 2025 more slowly in the background.
 
Right now since the Democrats are useless party in general, the rest of us are going to have to protest and also the fact these idiots are just so ham-fisted and incompetent and clueless, that's our best shot right now is their own self-destructive nature.

At the rate they're going we'll have a general strike by the end of the year
