The deceased may have yet served a purpose by having him living in Trump's head as a reminder that there will always be somebody he freaked out enough to come gunning after him. He advocates violence as a means to an end all the time. Surely he must know that violence begets violence...or does he? Does he really think his SS detail and his phalanx of lawyers will guarantee his safety? If he does, then that will be his epitaph.
Unfortunately, I think it just supplies him more mentally to keep doubling down. Nobody tells me no.

Donald Trump’s new 15% global tariff will most greatly benefit countries he has singled out for heavy criticism, including China and Brazil. Long-standing US allies including the UK, the EU and Japan will suffer the largest hit from the new levy.

I'm guessing he will slide some of the 15% tariffs down to grab some more headlines.

But first, he'll need to buy up the stock that sank on the news of his 15% add-on before he changes his mind and profits from the stock rebound he bought days earlier, just like how he and his fellow insiders did so many times before.

Want to know in plain english how Trump and his big business buddies magically turned the tariff taxes we all paid into profits for big agra while the small farmers either got scraps or went bankrupt during that same time period? The Big Scam lives on and Trump's MAGAt chumps still cheer him on as he keeps sticking his grubby little hands in their pockets (and ours) and pulls out their hard earned earnings with a big smile and a thank you for allowing him to rip them off so easily.

He's not. He's using different authorities (improperly). There will be a new case to be litigated. Hopefully the courts don't allow collection while the case proceeds like IEEPA since the DOJ lied to the courts about refundablity.
Yes, there is a distinction between bad faith and using legal arguments to try and get away with stuff and outright disobedience.

When it comes to court orders to date, they are largely abiding, even if they come kicking and screaming.
