Well, considering that gay people make more money, on average, than the general populace, it's not surprising to see some high class cars on the list.

It's not intended to make a joke out of the cars - if anything, the point of the list is more to prove that most gay people will not fit into the typical gay stereotype. Most gay people are not recognizable in the general populace - that lead normal lives just like most people - the type of car they drive means nothing.
