You're departure from reality is astounding.

You invented the obvious, pretended it was in contention, and claimed a victory. You slapped yourself with a silly stick and continue to do so because you think my lack of submission is like your will to win. :D For me you are an illustration on how people don't think.

Invented? I guess the rest of the US, all the government and political classes taught throughout the country are just inventing it also. For me you are an illustration on why women shouldn't drink when they are pregnant.

I merely showed you directly how ridiculous you look.

We know the sky is blue so we know you lose. :D See how you run from the real facts. The sky is blue. Sorry!

Uhh, wtf are you rambling about? We tell you your bitching over the 2000 election is without merit and you start arguing with, nobody as far as I can tell, about what color the sky is. You are the epidemy of being ridiculous and you need to stop trolling.

Ah yes, you are ashamed. No need to be. You merely created an argument out of nothing and claimed you won. I see it happen here every day. You are not alone in your absence of critical thinking skills. That's why I'm helping you. No need to feel ashamed. It just turns your mind off to seeing. Be open and frank about your errors. Galaxies of people are cheering you on. Whole civilizations of sentient beings have transcended shame.

Put the bong down!

From now on, BaDa, I'll try to remember to give you less credit and explain everything like you were two. The kind of depth required of something like 'put down the bong' is going to present a major challenge though. A two your old level explanation may still prove to sophisticated.

The problem with your "sophistication" is that is based in a different reality where only you exist. Your ramblings of vague metaphores equate you to the incoherent town idiot in this forum. What you see as intelligent satire, everyone else sees as lacking any clear thinking. You can save your two year old explanation as I doubt you can present an intelligent idea even at a 2 year old level.

Ah, but you see, I just did and it's clearly obvious you understood it. Thank goodness. Now we're getting somewhere.

Geepers..... Creepers

Bush is the President.... but, did he attain that office consistant with the will of the people especially in Florida? If you conclude he did then you accept as truth that which is spin on the facts..
I posted the link twice to the Florida Court Pleadings and the findings of the various courts... I now refer you to the US Commission on Civil Rights and specifically, the hearings on the election. In part, you will see that eligable voters were denied access to ballots, roads and access sites were blocked in areas thought to be Democratic... and on... and on... If you count the ballots cast in their intended castings you will see that Gore won... People were confused in some areas and voted for people unintentionally and when they asked for a new ballot they were refused... Again, this was under oath... So... who do you believe... the folks who spin this way or the poor folks who simply wanted to vote their choice... To me it is easy.... no amount of spin can alter the testimony.

Edit You have to go to the section on the 2000 florida election and there be 5 or so headings

And again, the only vote that determines who the president is the one done by the electoral college.

A distinction without a differnce....
Moonbeam, has tried to assure you that if the "electors" were from the Gore camp then Gore would be President... or as you point out if all of Bush's electors voted for Gore because it was the right thing to do then Gore would be President. It therefore, is obvious that the fault lies with the mal intentioned electors who contrary to the wish of Floridians voted for their favorite son's brother... Bad Electors.. Bad Electors... sit in the corner and pout till President Bush rewards you.

And yet perfectly legal. He didn't steal anything and it is not legal to stall the electoral college and make the US president-less. Chads, people mis-voting, blah, blah, wah, wah. If people are too dumb to vote correctly then it's their own fault that their opinion was not represented. Perhaps they shouldn't help decide who leads the free world if they aren't smart enough to figure out a ballot.

Clinton won in 1992; Bush won in 2000 - it's done, quit whining and get over it. Stop using Florida's ambiguous counting methods to try to fabricate some conspiracy to discredit the president's stance on a completely unrelated issue.

As I've pointed out a million times, Gore was robbed of many votes, Bush doubtless was also by the early actually correct news call that Gore won. My point is that Gore won in Florida on the basis of the actual votes that were cast. The recount of the entire state by something like seven or nine newspapers applying Florida law to what is a legal vote determined that Gore actually got the most legal votes in the entire state. What Bush did was to legally thwart the will of the people of Florida and the United States and move the election from the people's vote to the vote of 5 biased judges. To you that makes him President. To me it makes him a characterless nothing who pretends to have values but cares only about himself and winning. He is a small venal man pretending he knows God, the worst kind of hypocrite. Sorry!
