Shortest, easily. It opens up a lot of opportunities for white water paddling. Creeks would still be runnable at much lower levels, and you could paddle creeks unavailable to normal sized people.
 
That short one smokes as much as heller does. His Dr told him to quite but he don't care.

I want to be short after seeing big world little people they have some awesome conventions and the midget Olympics looks fun as hell.
