NYC is actually pretty tame overall these days despite media BS to the contrary.

HOWEVER part of the reason things don't get out of hand a lot more than they do is the simple fact that if you start crap in NYC it has the potential to escalate VERY quickly. (look up what a "NY minute" is)

Isn't it an oft-repeated pattern, from Vietnam to Iran to Nicaragua, to provide dodgy regimes with vast stocks of military equipment, that then falls into the hands of US enemies when the regime inevitably collapses? This is just what the US always does.

Some of the UH-60s are certainly operable in the very short term. They are maintenance hogs though and even the Afghan air force had trouble caring for them. Only a matter of time before they start falling out of the sky. The Taliban would be better off selling it all as parts to another country so they can buy spares for the Mi-17 fleet.

2. EVERY single brown guy NOT wearing Union t-shirt or t-shirt featuring American eagle flag up against the wall.
3. Brooklynite walking around with handlebar mustaches, antique revolvers and muskets.
4. Various people throughout the Bronx taking the gun that was already tucked in their waist band and instead using duct tape to tape it to the outside of their pants.
5. Staten Island jackasses travelling in groups of 20 approaching some black guy trying to buy a latte before his 10am conference call and dropping the N word as many times as they can to get a reaction.
