judging by the posts on AT not many of you...
who the hell are you people think your fooling...
we all know people are drawn by looks at first then whats inside later...
most people wont take the time to get to know someone on a romanatic level if they dont look good to them first...
and yes beauty is in the eye of the beholder... but the beholder these days is wanting more and more
Eliza Dusku and less Rosanne Barr =P

and most people that say other wise are lieing thier ass off...

Nail on the head. This forum is always posting pics of various beautiful women then critiquing them... with many responses from the collection of geeks being of the "not hot" variety.

Text <-- Really all that needs to be said ;)

Looks are all important in the animal world, why not humans?

People whining about looks and imagine being important are probably fat and/or ugly.

You can totally tell the ones who get the porcelain veneers, as the veneers cause them to talk with a lisp. God, that's a terrible tradeoff.

The one lady got more than veneers, she got TEETH...she didn't have ANY before hand...she's gonna have to learn how to speak all over again....better than having no teeth...

I wonder if hte one lady's husband is kicking himself for send the divorce papers while she was on the show...

Yup! I wondered about the same thing, too.

Does anyone else notice that most of the transformations make the ladies look like transvestites? (Not that there's anything wrong with trannies, if you're into that stuff.)

i agree to ONE point....although i always think its freaking retarded that the
"before" shots are always without make-up and when the women are crying etc....and the "after shots" after they have been in mask/make-up for hours and then appear on the show all decked up.

Now that you've all made me curious, how's TV programming up in Canada?[/quote]

What do you think it's like? Hockey's not on.

Seriously, 90% of it is American programming. The CBC puts on a fair bit of Canadian content, and some of it is even good. But that's it.

And, look closely at the correlations you're talking about. Birth rate starts crreeping up again at the higest levels of income, once people start making enough to afford more than one or two.
