If anyone has any of HL2, EP1, EP2 I'd be very thankful. I could try to find some way to return the favor. I used to own them and now my account seems to have disappeared beyond recovery.
 
I have a copy of Civ5 that was my son's in my library. He passed away earlier this year, and it's not the kind of game I would ever play, so I'm willing to give it to some deserving soul. Please PM me and we can make whatever arrangements need to be made.

EDIT: From what I read on the Steam support page, you cannot gift games to others that you bought. If so, how does this work again?

Sorry for your loss, If the game is in your library you cant gift it to someone else. You can only gift games you purchase and dont claim for yourself. Im not sure how to remove it from your list if you dont want to see it there anymore :/

Games you directly buy are added to your Library. You can gift games only that are in your Inventory.

And its really sad to hear about your loss 🙁

I might be having PM issues too. I tried sending PMs to people and it shows no sent items? Not sure what is going on. Might be because my post number is low. If so, understandable.

Someone has already claimed HL2 but I haven't been able to get in touch with them. If they do not claim it within a few days it's yours.
