Your hypothesis is probably correct. I find a lot more time to respond to short posts than long ones. This one being 3774 words, it might take a while. I'm glad you're already convinced you can refute my arguments before I even write them though - obviously being a lurker hasn't taught you much :roll:

And if you know anything about Christianity you'll know that this is BS, in the world we live in being rich is a-ok, that Jesus excluded them from the kingdom of heaven has NOTHING to do with this world and applies only to those who get rich of others poverty.
Hitler actualy claimed, in mein kampf, to cleanse the world from the people that killed Jesus, you think he was wrong but still you are happy to adress the very same topic with hostility towards the rich Jews? (and you use Jesus as your excuse too).

Conjur should not not have made that statement, and thus allowed his own thread to be hijacked. If that's unclear, so be it. But what is clear is that you guys, nutxo, bushbasha, etc., are trying to kill the messenger rather than try to argue what he has to say, simply because you cannot.

Read it again if you don't get it, then read it again until you get it.
I'll give you a hint, i was referring to the quote in you post.
I read the end hoping for cliff notes because I didn't feel like reading through all of that to be honest. From what I did read it seems about as objective as Michael Moore or Rush Limbaugh which is not worth my time to read.
But I did pick out some things that I skimmed at the end which I'd like to comment on:

You do realize that the reason we are involved in 2 wars at the same time right now is because we were attacked right?
If we get attacked again in a fashion similar to 9-11, it could get very bad around here. If we look at the news and see people cheering as we get blown up by another terrorist attack, the people that are saying "let's try to solve the problem" are quickly going to turn into people saying "lets kill arabs."
It isn't going to take much to turn this from a war against terrorists to a war of civilizations.
This would be very applicable were it not coming from you Conjur.
I haven't seen you give any Republicans any slack since I've been here. You seem to toe the line 100% of the time. So, how can you accuse others of toeing the line when you do the exact same yourself?
I'm almost 100% sure that it won't happen because the Democrats are on the verge of splitting.
The DNC leadership realizes they need moderates to gain more political power but the radical left is gaining political power that should instead be going to the DNC.
Thus, the Democrats can't even get on the same page with each other much less organize to beat the Republicans.
Here is a question for you:
If you had a choice between having Evan Baye run for president or Hillary Clinton, who would you choose?
If you had a choice between running moderate Democrats like Gepphardt or Baye for contested senate seats or people like Pelosi who would you choose?
It is ranting and raving lunatics like yourself that help keep the Democrats out of power.

It's not a question of taking it, I am Jewish and German, i have a great deal of knowledge on this subject and i am referring to something you may or may ont be aware of, if that was the intention or not remains to be commented on by the originator though.
And i'm still talking about that quote.

My forst comment didnt have to do with content. Ill admit that. My comment was regarding blogs. Ive said that before.
Heres one thing Ill commment on that made me laugh.
Read the first part of that, then read the end. While I agree with much of that conjur lets his bitterness get the best of him and cant resist a jab at the end. Im not a christian and far be it from me to tell anyone how to worship. I guess Im just more tolerant in that respect. ;-)
Most of whats written has been said on these boards 500 times. There's really nothing new or provocative. A forum search could find all of these subjects and everyones POV. For a blog, meh. I don't read them.
