The SCV guy from Starcraft. Is he black or white? His voiceovers in SC are definitely a white guy, but everyone keeps telling me he's black. I honestly can't tell.

i was trying to find the link with that korean player using SCV's to make a defensive line while he continued building whatever he was doing in a championship starcraft game, making a south park reference with operation "hide behind the darkies".. but my google-fu has failed me 🙁
