I didn't read hardly any of it, but cliffs, I think:

1. Guy builds electric car company based on swapping batteries. Also builds a network of battery swap stations.
2. Nobody uses battery swap stations - most people just charge at home.
3. Business goes bankrupt because of expensive battery swap stations nobody uses.
Absolutely false. All of it.

Good inventor/visionary, terrible businessman. Good business sense isn't about having a good idea, it's about figuring out how to monetize an idea (regardless of whose idea it is).

Not a surprise. Battery swapping is hugely impractical when the battery is the most expensive part of the car.

I just finished reading this finally lol and did find it interesting. I'd never even heard of Better Place before now, Agassi sounds like he's half-mad though.
