Read a spoiler website that states in no uncertain terms that Tony & Paulie kill Phil. Carmine takes the reigns of whats left of Johnny Sacs family. Tony steps aside and makes Paulie boss, and ends up being his Consigliere. Sylvio comes out of the coma.
