The AS/400 shop I work in has about 18&quot; or 2 feet of space under the floor tiles for all it's cables, the cables have a dedicated air conditioner (for the under floor space)
Just the friggin cables! Not even the disks or CPUs...just the wires a whole Air conditioner to itself. Of course there are 4 or 5 air conditioners over there, every thing is heavily cooled. In places where that thing would go you'd have massive cooling...the air tempurature overthere is cool enough that most people wear their jackets in the data center....
