Supposedly, Matt Groening has said he doesn't wanna let the show go on anymore but he has an agreement with fox. Forget where I read that, maybe Maxim or something.

I really wanted to like Futurama, and looked forward to it airing. Same thing with the Critic, many years ago. I tried watching it several times and never found it funny, at all.

I think Family Guy is funny but overrated, but have never even cracked a smile at Futurama.

D'oh, I missed it.
On another note, one of the animators just moved to Omaha, and one of the local free newspapers has an article interviewing him. He says they're either working on/going to be working on a Simpsons feature film.
