The Simpsons: Last Season?

Thank god! They should have stopped when the show was good. But no! Instead they kept beating a dead-horse and the quality of the episodes kept on going down.

Earlier I watched and taped every single episode. Then I stopped taping them but I kept watching it. Then I didn't even care to watch it 'cause it started to suck.

fox is sooo stupid, you wonder how they keep coming up with the funniest animation. of course, when they find it, they just toss it out, ala family guy and futurama.

I sure hope this is just some stupid fox strategy for advertising. Lame or not, the Simpsons is a part of American culture.

If FOX decides to kill this show, they would not do it mid-season, since it would be too sudden. At the end of the season would be more reasonable...


I'm a big Simpsons fan as the many of you are... but you have to admit, the Simpsons have been going downhill for a while now (not just this season)... They had out of ideas to put down as a good episode... I say Matt Greoning should "sell-out" and make a Simpsons movie... heh heh :Q
 
The rating are still very high. So unless the people doing it don't want it any more Fox will try and keep it.

Now if they brouight back family guy then I would watch fox more 🙂
 
As long as its making money, I can't see anyone stopping it. They guys that do the voices get something like $100,000 an episode and work like 5 hours a week from their home. I'm pretty sure they're not complaining...

OMG! A lot of people at UC Davis konw what state the simpsons is in. The producer, not Matt, came here to speak, and reportedly, told the audience what state Springfield is in. My gf heard about it and was gonna buy tickets, but forgot :disgust:. I didn't know about it because I skipped classes that week... Too bad none of my friends went so they could tell me.
