It may not have been as good as it use to be but its far from unwatchable, especially with the last few eppys/seasons.

The Simpsons was awesome again tonight! Had some pretty nice jabs at Fox/Fox News and religion. I'm finally glad it was too big to be cancelled after so many bomb seasons.

I started watching back when it was just skits on the Tracey Ullman show. It's hard to believe that it has been on the air for a majority of my life. I don't watch it much anymore but am amazed by it's run.

Best one liner this week...

But, Marge, his post was in all caps!

If he took the time to hit the Shift key, he must know what he's talking about 🙂

It needs to end and soon. America have a habit of running shows into the ground until you can barely stand to watch them any more, this is a perfect example. There are many others. 2 - 4 series is enough for almost any TV program (If it's good enough)

The Simpsons had 9 good seasons, although season 9 was pushing it.

I'm one of the biggest fans out there but season 20 onwards have been too boring which is so unlike them. It feels bad when you hope for the next episode to be good, and it turns out to be nothing but.

I think they've dragged it a bit longer than what they should have although the latest season seems to be a bit better. They should'nt really drag it though. Also, when i watch the Office's latest season, i get the same feeling. Quit when you are at the top I say.

Has there ever been any type of a spin off of the simpsons? I'm actually kind of surprised if there hasn't been. A chief wiggam spinoff would be funny I think.

Still one of the best shows on television. Nothing really comes close. The Simpsons drifted off a little in Season 11-13 and again in 17, but its always been awesome.

I watch a new episode once every blue moon and am surprised to find it funny at times. I have been under the assumption that it had gone downhill over the past decade or so, may need to check the newer ones out

As far as I am concerned the Simpsons has definitely seen better days, but it continues to be one of the freshest, funniest shows on TV. I am delighted it has made it all these years.

God, now I feel like I should go back and pick up the previous 12? seasons of which I have never watched?

There was a time when my buddies and I could more or less recite entire episodes of all of the earlier seasons, when we were watching this religiously. Not sure when I stopped watching...2002 or 3? I remember the Lemon Tree being one of the "later seasons," but that was in High school. I know I watched it into college by at least a few years.

Odd, though...I remember My Bartman T-Shirt in 5th grade! 😱
