I Lather and Rinse for each product (shampoo and conditioner). So technically it's lather, rinse, switch, lather, rinse. I don't repeat with the same product twice.

I take one shower daily, shampoo but not condition my hair and wash with a wash cloth. I only take two showers when it's extremely hot and I've been playing tennis or working outdoors.
