this is without a doubt the best show thats been around in a long time. And of course, it's a cable show. The broadcast networks are dead, all they can show now is reality shows and lousy comedys.

wrong. i don't even have FX so i have to wait till later to watch it. 24 is by far the best show. :)

Great episode, why don't more people from ATOT talk about this show? It rivals 24 for sure.

i'd think it's because not everyone has FX. also, it's on later at night.

as for me, i wasn't particularly impressed with season 1, but it got better as season 2 and 3 progressed. i'd say season 4 is probably pretty good, perhaps even the best, although i want to see more of vic's bad side. (i haven't seen tonight's episode yet, so no spoiling it for me please.)

I'm sure its a different crowd that watches The Shield. 24 is a on primetime network slot while the Shield is on Cable, so not everyone has cable.

Or it could be that the people from ATOT don't know what there missing....wankers ;)

Another great episode. Nice to see them revisit Dutch and the cat, been a while since that one.

wow, i can't people a lot of ATOTers aren't talking about the shield. I guess now that 24 is over, nobody watches tv shows from other channels. Its not like the shield hasn't recieved any awards or junk. But since jack isn't in it, lets not watch it. :disgust:

Great episode though. Hopefully the Strike Team get kick some ass good-guy style for a bit. Sure, it's nice to have the nasty, but if they keep nasty all the time, it might get a bit boring.

I'm almost suprised Vic didn't have a tape going when he talked to Antwon at the end of the ep though.

I agree, I found the confrontation between Shane and Antoine intense, and I really dislike the N word :)
