Hmmmmmmmmm,
their server page says every thing is running, but the are in CA.......
mabe a power outage?

:( :(

Edit--this is why most of us use a caching prog like SetiDriver(good for single machines) or SetiQueue(great for lans). Check my sig for links and post for help to setup, if you need it :)

oh, they still say on the site that the upgrade isn't required yet. :(Bummer:(
I have two other instances of version 3 here with WU's so I will run them out and then see if I can't still get more WU's

I'm running SETIQ with 3.0 CLI and GUI, and it won't connect to the server. Getting error -15. :(

Any idea what's up?

It must be some kind of version filtering, as I have no trouble getting WUs with 3.03.
It makes sense to first starve the old client before rejecting results.
But, this is just guessing.

My machine that runs the 3.0 GUI also won't run and just has the error that there is a new version available. I guess I will have to install 3.03

Now it is giving me a WU. Wonder if it is doing some kind of time-out, of if it was a power related problem.

Hmm, interesting idea about the power. I know everyone is being effected...Sun was out earlier today.

Not sure about the power issues, but WUs do seem to download much faster with the 3.03 client than with the 3.0 version; I'm running the 3.0 CLI on a couple PCs with SetiQ, but most of my herd has been upgraded to the 3.03 CLI.

Luckily, I have the Dnet client running in the background for these times. I just switch over to RC5 when I can't get work. I hate to waste any CPU cycles. ;)
