The Search for Mike Tyson's Punch Out

I'm considering joined Ebay and bidding on this game for NES. Recently I have busted out the ol NES and my roommates and I have been playing it non stop. After reminiscing about the good ol days we all remembered Mike Tyson's Punch Out. We all really want this game. Bad. So I'm considering bidding on Ebay.......

Does anyone here have some tips about Ebay for me?

or

Does anyone have Mike Tyson's Punch Out that works and are willing to sell/give it away ??? 😀

EDIT: Corrected Knock to Punch... eh... it's been way too long 😀

Yeah, I really wanted Mike Tyson's Punch Out at one point as well. I downloaded an emulator and this ROM to refresh my memory on this game, and then realized I should just leave it as memory (wasn't that great anymore)... still, a great game for it's time though.

When you played through it the first time, the fun was figuring out the 'trick' to beat each boxer... I went back and played it last year after about 8-9 years off probably and it was no fun because I could still remember how to beat every boxer. All you had to do was get the timing down, not as much fun 🙁

Pathetic that I remembered that off the top of my head.

I still remember it too... I'll never forget it.

As a matter of fact, I can still pick up the controller and beat Tyson on the first try.

I think that is impossible... I have tried so many times, but the best result I could ever get was a TKO in 2nd round.

I have 2 of them! 🙂 Bought them from a local thrift store for $1 each. I buy lots of old nes games. I got the system for $8 and every thing else is just $1 each when they come in. I have lots of games, but some work better than others. Can't tell if it is the game or the system that has the problem. Some games just aren't what I remember them to be, but some are still fun.

Same here.
I have it, but the only way you'll ever get it is to pry it out of my cold dead hands!
Sorry, but it's true! 😛

You can KO Tyson, there is a specific strategy you have to use and it is fairly difficult. But if I remember correctly, I got it at least once on an emulator. Here's a good strategy: KO Tyson!! Have fun!
