The Screen Savers is really starting to end up like survivor, as G4 has once again cut down the staff. The Screen Savers lost several people on camera and behind the scenes, and Unscrewed is completely gone. Kevin Rose.com has the full details.
 
WTF is wrong with those people. Every time they change it, it gets worse. Sorry, I miss the ZDTV days with Kate and Leo. 🙁

YAY! Bring back Leo and Pat. After Kevin and that blonde haired guy took over, that was the end of TSS as I have known it.
 
No surprise there. Everytime Alex, or whatever the hell his name is talked I wanted to reach through the TV and punch the bastard. So damn annoying.
 
WTF! damnit! I watch screen savers every day and was just getting used to Alex. That sucks big time, TechTV used to be one of my most watched channels then after the G4 merge I only watch the old shows like TSS, xplay and unscrewed. Fvck comcast and their damn sorry ass network!
 
Yeah, they got rid of the annoying co-host. Dan is just a waste of space. And Yoshi's mods haven't been too impressive lately.
 
Someday I'd like to see the corporate honchos publicly state that they've made some big mistakes, they're sorry, will be resigning and moving on.

Instead of letting all the people at the bottom go.

They've ruined a good thing, disrupted the lives of hundreds of people and their families. Their reward is the retention of their jobs and another chance.

 
Yep - they turned a decent channel into the complete shitbag known as G4. I actually enjoyed the channel, but now that it's turned into a loser gamer channel, there's no reason to watch. I'm a geek, I coudl really give two sh!ts about some fvcking games.

I'm sorry, but the channel blows like no other now.
 
Does G4Techtv have any good shows left? I've been trying to find something redeeming to watch on their channel, but usually get some 30 minute show that just shows clips from random games with no commentary or anything (and not good games, either).
 
I used to watch this show.

1st. Patrick wore a "kilt" or skirt sometimes on TV, and I thought that was strange.
2md. Patrick's jean's are always too long, so he folded them.
3rd. Leo always defered to Kevin, so Kevin got Leo's job.
4th. Kevin's girlfriend, the blond one, seem to wear tighter and lower cut shirts, not that I minded.
5th. The show showed how to "hack" things like Xboxes, so that was bordline kick-me.
6th. The show moved from SF to LA, so some people were casted off who didn't want to move.
7th. G4 is a strange network to begin with, it's difficult to follow any of the programing.
 
I never could stand Leo (he's like a 60-year-old trying to act like a 12-year-old and taking a combination of cocaine and X to do it), but Pat was awesome. I mainly watched it for the hardware reviews (I read so many online, but I like to get all the opinions that I possibly can), but I also really liked the tech news at the beginning of the show.

Honestly, I would usually watch the tech news and then turn on Madden on the Xbox, but leave the sound on TSS (even Leo was less annoying than John Madden). If something came on worth listening to, I'd switch over.

I HATE Alex. Well, I don't think he's a bad guy, but he was so ridiculous the whole time that he got VERY annoying, and he didn't really seem to know much of anything about technology. I would like the people talking about new technology to at least be credible.
