I guess I was under the assumption that most people thought that T2 was one of the best all out over produced in your face action movie made in the 90s

The Rock had green liquid dirty bombs launched by terrorists from Alcatraz with Sean Connery saving the day!

Face Off had a few guys changing faces to kill each other.

True Lies had Jamie Lee Curtis attempting a strip tease, but looking more like a man.

Although I enjoyed Face Off the dvd transfer was horrible. Compression artifacts galore and way too much picture noise. Also the slow motion scenes which revealed the stunt doubles were pretty bad too. So I would say:

True Lies > The Rock > Face Off
