Just like 98% of the rest of SNL today, they take a premise that could be (or maybe is) a little funny for perhaps 30 seconds, and drag it out to a full skit.

I thought you said he "totally clocked Kristin Wiig" and got excited.

only the opening number of that snl was any good:p
any time snl does obama/politics only obama fanboys would find it funny, its rather lousy stuff

It had potential until they had the Rock talk in a halting, neanderthal way. If we would have been allowed to talk in his normal style, it would have been far better.

It was okay. I think it had the potential for awesomeness. They squandered it away.

Also, what Minjin said.

Damn. I wish he would have gone on a Rock monologue, especially Will Forte said something about the bill not "smelling right"

i thought the entire episode was pretty good; although i hope the find someone else to join on the news cause the one guy by himself isn't quite as good as the duo's they've had going.

i really didn't think it was that funny. an obama impersonation isn't really that hard, but SNL can't seem to even get close. i think they'd be alot funnier if they'd go after obama's inability to have a coherant thought without a teleprompter.
