Interesting. In Phoenix, quick reply is just always there (docked, not undockable). In IE I thought you couldn't have quick reply cause it wasn't there, but you just have to click the arrow icon.. and you can have it docked OR undocked. Interesting.

I had never seen it because I run in Standard mode. Therefore, I turned on enhanced graphic mode and really didn't care for it that much. Went back to standard mode and now its docked at the bottom of my AT screen. Sweet!

From what I can gather...you start a thread in the private forum, and add the people that you want to be able to view it.
