The pussification of america

Totally not related, but along the same lines, our county hasn't had school for almost 3 FULL weeks now because some back road has 3 snowflakes on it still.

People in charge are scared of being sued. It looks like there will be no school at all this month in SW Virginia.

But yeah for no one else to do anything is still bs.
 
You gotta wonder what security was paid to do up until this point. Looks like a gravy job. You just stand there regardless of what happens. The cameras were more valuable :^S
 
Dunno how they live with themselves to allow somebody to stand there and kick a child repeatedly in the head and watch and do nothing. Job be damned.

edit: and OP, women and lawyers don't have shit to do with it. It's pretty much the decline of mankind we're watching right there.
 
Did any of you actually listen to the lady and the information she gave? Guards had no real weapons, and they were there to report anything going on, witch they were. Dont blame them, blame management and its infinite well of stupidity.

I heard it on the news tonight before this was even posted. Those "guards" were useless sacks of shit. Fuck the job description, you do what's right. Those jackasses should give semi auto Russian Roulette a try. They aren't needed in this country....

Do whats right? What about whats right for the well-being of THEIR families if they get shot and die? These arnt cops. They are unarmed security. What the fuck do you expect.

Do people think of that or do they just want to have villains so they can feel better bout their lives?

I expect them to do something. I've prepared myself to protect weaker people, and I've involved myself in situations before. If you can't do the right thing, dying is better. You're no use to anyone....

I expect that any decent person, who wishes to be part of society and ensure it is a good place for their families, to step up and stop certain behaviors such as someone stomping on someone else.

I saw a camera full of cowards (not just the security guards).

Now you're being reasonable. Everyone is so ready to attack the guards, when there were 20 people there, and management not letting the guards do shit or carry protection becuse of who the fuck knows why.

Why is this the choice in this situation? Most likely the choice could have been:

3. Step up and restrain or block individual from doing further harm.

I see what you're saying in some sense but I don't think the choice is so drastic as "do something and die or do nothing and live."

Well I guess everyone knows where we stand, don't they. I'm perfectly happy living my life the way I choose, and I have no regrets for anything. If you're happy living in fear, more power to you. Just keep on keeping on :^)
