The best marvel character has a movie coming soon.

The Punisher

I'll definatly go see that in the theatre. Can't be anywhere near as bad as that movie from the 80's.

He's so bad ass he dosn't need super powers, just lots and lots of guns.

Can't wait to see his costume, hope he dosn't look to cartoonish.

Any one remember The Punisher for NES? Awesome game.

Too bad they made that cheesy Punisher Movie in the 80's/90's with Dolph Lundgren :p

But then "Punisher Classic" Dolph will show up and whoop him :)

Showdown in Little Tokyo was another cheesy-but-fun Dolph movie, as was the Predator rip-off I Come in Peace.

that promo shot of the actor guy dressed up as punisher was hilarious! they might as well have went to a comic book store and bought a punisher tshirt and tell him to look mad because it was just silly. isn't it supposed to be pg13 also?

the punisher movie that came out in the early 90's was ... ok. imo, the dialogue and directing wasn't that good.. oh and the make up... usually i don't pay attention to that sort of thing but they might as well put a marker on dolph lundgrens face for his beard. the attitude was there though.

Oh god no... that can't be real.

If thats what the punisher looks like I'm no even going to bother.

In the comics, the punisher was intimidaing, muscular, half-crazy, bad ass looking.

There's a trailer attached to Hulk. It comes out next Summer. I'll wait till I see the trailer till I make any sort of judgement; they're adapting one of the better Punisher storylines for the film, so that should be good.

That can't be the Punisher. They might as well have hired Pee-wee Herman to play that role.

Might be a good actor... but they could at least die his hair black and give him a costume that made it look like he had muscles like Batmans.

Batman kicked ass. That was my favorite movie when I was a little kid.

That picture made my laugh so hard milk came out my nose.

And I SWEAR, I haven't had milk for like 8 hours or so. So I have no idea where it came from. Hrm. Maybe it wasn't milk. Maybe it was the liquified remains of my BRAIN seeping out of my nose after seeing something so freaking ridiculous.

The only actors that should have even been CONSIDERED (as in, talked about, and invited to audition) should have been the following:

Hugh Jackman (Gruff, pissed-off guy taking his aggresions out on dozens of badguys with lethal force - Sound familiar?)
Henry Rollins (he was damn good in Johnny Mneumonic! He's a badass.)
Kurt Russel, if they could make him look 25 years old again (Escape from New York/LA. Nuff said.)

Who is this retard they have playing him right now? Michael Vartan would make a more convincing punisher than him.

And blonde hair? Christ.

Don't even get me started on the skull. It's so big, it prevents you from realizing this schmoe doesn't have a single muscle on his body.
