The default settings are often way too strict hence causing problems with ordinary activities. (i.e. chrome safe browsing, Windows UAC, and anything else from Microsoft) So people disable or bypass them because they are a pain in the ass thus defeating the entire purpose for which they were implemented.
I just want to go back to 90s internet and combine it with 00s software all while somehow keeping 2016 hardware capabilty and broadband speeds . Is that too much to ask?
