Isn't this one of the only top rated fighters that he has fought. I've not really been following his career but from what I gather he has been fighting no names.

Cheers,
Aquaman

Barerra is one tough hombre. A tough Mexican living up to the boxing standard set by others before him. Naseem dropped his belt to take this fight so I have to at least give him credit for doing that. He could have ducked Barerra but he didn't.

Barerra - unanimous decision over Hamed.

dropped his belt?
ducked Barerra?
what does that mean?

i think he likes getting his ass kicked because he said he was happy about his fight...hes said something like, "im happy about the fight, cant u see i have a smile on my face" lol, i thought that was halarious.

Yes. But he isn't as bad as Chaves, I don't think he's fought any taxi drivers.

Couldn't have been anything else since Marco clearly won every round. The only reason that Nasseem even won any rounds is because of compassion from the judges not wanting this "champion" to be swept, but that's just plain ol boxing politics.

That means since he didn't fight who his belts commision said he had to then they took his belt from him. Ducked as in dodged and avoided.

Everything he does and everything that happens to him he says Allah has written it to be so and therefore if his God has written it for him to lose then he has no reason to be sad or angry. The reason he said he was happy about the fight is because he fought for 12 rounds and he finished the fight safely without being injured and being able to give the interview and walk from the ring on his own. The part about the smile was because the worthless interviewer was trying to make him out to be sad and mad and dismayed that he'd lost when in reality he was exactly the opposite.

I am glad that he lost too. He is an arrogent showboater, Hector Camacho must have lent him his trunks. Another piece of work IMHO.

He lost because he didn't do his ceremonial flip into the ring. I was suprised at how he held himself after the fight. He really didn't blame anyone. He is a cocky SOB though. Glad he lost too! It sure was fun to watch it on my new 61" widescreen TV!

I actually enjoy listening to the Prince because he talks a lot of smack. He's great on the interviews. Much better than the typical sports talk every other athlete uses.

Prince is only cocky in the matches..he's a entertanier..he has to entertain the audience..he has style too. How mnay boxers enter the ring on the flying carpet??

I've read a few interviews with him, he's a nice person outside of hte ring.
