Dude's a Low T beta sitting behind a computer trolling because he can't get the attention he craves in the real world. I wouldn't waste your time in response to him.

It's a big ole club. Nazi, the new fad on the right.

Too much time has passed. WW II is something they've seen in a Tarantino movie and they simply don't have a clue. Throw in the fact that the hard/fascist/nazi right has been rebranding itself since 1946 and you end up with 21st century reactionary hipsters with bad "Aryan" haircuts, tiki torches, nasty attitudes and absolutely no connection to, or understanding of, *real* history.

This. World War 2.0 in the halls of the forgotten. Are we doomed to repeat this crap every so often with still bigger bombs until we destroy everything?

There's always a lingering perversion in the back of my mind wondering if the United States would ever be party to a military coup. You read about and hear about them in other countries. With so much going on so fast here, that little thought about "what if" grows stronger by the day. Would we ever see a day where the US military stands up and removes the Commander in Chief from his position?

All he said is what's already known. There is no place in the Marines for racism.

Yes, but we are seeing actual public discord of the Presidents words and actions by leading members of our armed services. Mattis, McMaster, the Pentagon, now this General has stepped up. When leaders of forces you command start to publicly question and denounce the words and actions of the President what position does that leave us in as a country?

I don't see an immediate danger of this. I do however think a "Trump buffer" has been built in by higher ups in the military to prevent Trump from doing something stupid quickly aka nukes. We've already seen glimpses of this when the military refused to institute a policy to kick out/ban transgender people based on presidential tweet.

I'm not certain that is a positive thing and a rabbit hole any of us want to go down. I'm very pro-birth control and support the safe and professional access to abortions should they be needed. I used to work for a Catholic organization. Would you support them firing me for my public stances on an internet forum if they found out I was advocating them?

It's a very dangerous slope I'm not sure any of us want to start standing on.

I can't comprehend a United States where I'm legitimately ashamed to let my children watch a press conference with the Commander in Chief. The last 72 hours have been a dark stain on the progress of our country.
I think it is great and exactly what America deserves.

It's starting to look like the Military is very publicly glowering at Congress to do what they very well know must be done: remove this human disease from the Oval office. One wonders what it will take, and from whom, to get Congress to actually do the only job that now seems required of them.

Yeah, but, Paul Ryan so wants those sweet sweet tax cuts for the rich and cuts to social programs for the takers.

He's only sticking the tip in to Nazi sympathy.

Fuck them. The rest of us 60% have had enough.

Shit or get off the pot. Either frog march this guy out or just wholly embrace him and his views. Let's just move David Duke into the White House and share an office with Steve Bannon.

Right, but thinking ahead, if Trump is out... that means Pence is in. And there's rumors that Pence (as Pres) would get Paul Ryan as his VP. Basically a GOP's dream team.

I don't even care at this point. Trump is so fucking awful. Just get him out.

True, for as long as the GOP holds the majority. Effectively, the Congress only has ~1yr left to legislate.

He's terrified of the Trump base, and crossing them means losing in '18&'20, so he'll continue to play Disappointed Dad until Mueller indictments force impeachment hearings.

At this point I'd take a lobotomized Dubya (sounds a little redundant but you get the idea) over Tangerine Twitler.

Worrying about Pence and Ryan, in light of everything that has happened, strikes me as a step up from the current situation. I doubt such an admin will last long either. The GOP is forever tainted now. Party of Lincoln? Kiss that good bye traitorous trumptards and spineless republicans. You're now the party of Trump, the KKK, and pussy grabbing. Have fun with that.
