The President can't take the Heat...

We've got to get in before we have a heat stroke," Mr. Bush told reporters at his ranch on Friday, trying to end an 18-minute news conference with his top military advisers under the blistering noon sun.

....yes Mrs President but I our soldiers in Iraq are getting 115*+ and dont forget the gear

Heh. Bush couldnt stand the heat in the ANG, now he cant stand the heat at his ranch.

I think he was just afraid he'd run out of pre prepared answers, and if he had to make his own up, Cheney and Ashcroft might beat him again, like every other time he opens his half wit mouth and spews forth his own ideas.

Whatsamatta'? Can't take a little heat? No photo op clearing of the bush clearing the brush?

Too hot in Texas! Just wait 'till he gets his a$$ back to Washington.

Yeah, time to start the grill back at the White House. Time to turn up the heat on the shrill whining leftys....or maybe he'll let them self-marinate for a bit longer before lighting the coals.😀

Yeah, he'd have to light the coals. Too dangerous to let the imbecile use a gas grill.

Maybe he can use some of his stolen Iraqi oil as lighter fluid.

Warning, leftish circle jerk in progess Warning.

All brain cells must be placed on hold while in this thread.

This is a stupid and baseless insult thread. The most outlandish and baseless insults of the President of the United States will be rewarded with cries of acclaim by other lefties too stupid to make up their own.

You may now return to the leftie circle jerk already in progress.

how does this thread qualify as a thoughtful discussion about politics?

it's just another ad hominem attack on the president..
the standard liberal tactic, ridicule and personally attack the opponent, rather than discuss actual proposals and ideas in a factual based context.

Typical wimpy Nazi-cons. They scream for wars and blood yet they are scared of a little heat outside. Go back into you're air condition, murderer and thief.

Methinks some of you are reading into Bush's heat avoidance manuever. 😉

Think of it this way: would you rather he suffer heat stroke and die out there? You do release who's next in the pecking order?

Charcoal little bricks(note spelling😉) are a much better way to grill marinated meat. Plus if he was using a GAS grill some enviro-nut would accuse him of causing a gas shortage because he would have to use such a large grill to BBQ that much meat.

Speaking of not taking the heat, anyone hear about Chirac taking a vacation with his good friends in Canada? Seems he couldn't take the heat either...nor could the 10,000 innocent French who had to perish due to Jack being AWOL...we need a U.N. investigation into how the French could let these atrocities happen. We lose ~270 soldiers removing a brutal dictator and his wonderful military that the Russians and French help equip; they lose 3600% more people from the lack of government intervention. Going to Canada during such a major crises is a crime against humanity.

Mr. Grinch you are right about France, they sell weapons to anyone. However the kinds of weapons that the U.S. sold Iraq are much worse, at least thats what I watched on PBS.

Here a clip from an article from the web:

The shipments to Iraq went on even after Saddam Hussein ordered the gassing of the Kurdish town of Halabja, in which at least 5000 men, women and children died. The atrocity, which shocked the world, took place in March 1988, but a month later the components and materials of weapons of mass destruction were continuing to arrive in Baghdad from the US.

And you can't forget abot the long Iran/Iraq war U.S. helped too.

obviously this isnt the only site, go ahead look on google to aout more details, if you wish.

You are fully aware Crawford, TX has hit the mid 120's this summer. I dont think Bush was worried about himself, he runs in the 100 degree heat. The White House press corp hates Crawford. They've done nothing but bitch about it since 2001, no plush 5 star hotel, no air conditioned conference room, etc.

35+ people in buisness attire, in Crawford, TX in 110 degree heat for even short periods of time is not the best of ideas.
