I missed the episode where Bobby's wife (crap..forget her name; played by Kelli Williams) was convicted for shooting her client, and she got off on a technicality - what was it?

Prosecution supressed crucial evidence by forensics experts that the perp was moving towards her when she shot him. The Judge laid out that twerp prosecuter and he lost it mentally. He is not on anymore. I presume (storywise) he is taking a vacation in a loony farm.

The loony prosecuter is back on the job as of tonight. He is much more laid back now. Seems the rubber room did him some good. He lost and didn't blow his top.
