I am doing some changing around of video cards, so I have my Kill-a-Watt hooked up to compare power consumption. Right now, I have no video card installed, just running off the onboard graphics.

I looked up at the meter, I noticed my computer was pulling 76 Watts. At the time, I was checking to see if I won the powerball (no), so I had their site up. As soon as I closed it, the meter read 45W. Even if I opened up ATOT, it only pulls 49W.

WTF?
