I am all those things and more. Never, however, have I led an organisation that has covered up thousands of cases of children being raped by officials of said organisation.

Please, just get me within spitting distance of that fscker.
You spit, I'll bring the super soaker! 😀

No the Pope is not an idiot, but you certainly are. Not only are you an idiot, but you are feebleminded, a fool, an ass, a dindey, a poop, an imbecile, a madman, a jackass, a nincompoop, a jerk, a ninny, a mental deficient, a simpleton, cretin, a half-wit, a dummy, a dope, a dolt, a dimwit, a dunce, a blockhead , a booby, a clod, a chump, a dope, a dullard, a duffer, a zombie, a turnip, a simpleton, a prune, a pinhead, an oaf, a mutt, a moror, did I say moron, a poke, a pumpkinhead, and especially, you are a featherhead.

LMAO.

I agree with Grasshopper on this one; the Pope's political view on the Iraq situation does not reflect the obvious brutatlity and inhumanity of the Iraqi regime.

To me it seems that the Pope said a future statement, not really a current statement. That we as people need to change our ways and focus on peace as a world entity. He's talking about a utopia basically; I don't think he's damning what we're doing really; at least after reading the statement a couple times. Its just a general "wouldn't it be great if everyone is nice" kind of statement. Its no big deal.

First we get asked what to make for breakfast, then we're told that the Pope is an idiot. Does everyone know the definition of irony?

Hey Grasshopper, is this the start of another night of a few dozen lameass threads started by you?

Linux23, just getting them warmed up for hell, where they will spend eternity for their support of this immoral war. 😀 It isn't just the Pope, it's all religions everywhere. Religion is great around election time, but when it's time for imperialism, it sort of becomes inconvenient.

hehe.

Strangely enough, the first time I was ever flamed on AnandTech forums was in 1998 (I think) by a member named 'RioRebel' (or was it 'Netopia'?!) for the comment 'The Pope is the anti-Christ'.
Good lord I caught hell for that post. Rio even threated to cut my tongue out which ended up inspiring the term 'STFUOICYTO' (Shut the fsck up or I cut your tongue out). 🙂

Judging by this thread I am in much more comfortable company with regards to my opinion of the Pope. My how times change. 😀

GREAT!!! So why didn't he say that to Saddam after he invaded Iran, or Kuwait? Or after Saddam murdered tens of thousands of civilians with chemical weapons...

SURE!!! So we go to stop this madman, and WE'RE the bad guys???

The Pope is an idiot...

you realize we fully supported Saddam through his worst attrocities, so, yes, at times WE ARE the bad guys.

You are ten times the idiot the pope is. Thought you ought to know.

I think a much better example of the Pope's stupidity lies in his policy for Africa.

Teaching ignorant, AIDS-infested Africans that condoms are immoral is just plain criminal.

Hey, I never once claimed that we were always the good guys. I'm just saying the Pope doesn't have a moral leg to stand on, much less a clue as to reality.
