amish, Conan is by far the best late night talk show host. I think he's funnier than both Leno and Letterman, and he blows Kilborn away. If you listen to Conan carefully, you'll admire how quick of a thinker he is, he almost never follows any real sort of format. He might start in one direction and get distracted and then go off in another tangent. I love his show, i just wish he could get better guests.

Actually, I don''t find any of the late-night shows very funny. Leno's monolgue is ok, sometimes, as is "Headlines". I rarely watch any of them. I'm usually asleep.

OK, I don't find ANY of them funny. It's dry and boring most of the time. Triumph is downright hilarious though.
Who I do find funny is Mike Bullard (he's a Canadian late night host). I've been to a couple tapings, the most recent was when Peter Jackson (Lord of the Rings director) was a guest.
