Kind of reminds me of a smaller central office (telephone exchange). They're made to look like a house so they blend in the neighbourhood and will often have fake windows. Says it was owned by the power company so it kind of makes sense, similar building. Probably had lot of switch gear and stuff in there.

That would be kind of cool to buy just because it's so oddball.

Actually for setting up a game room and home theater that might be OK. And panic/apocalypse rooms.
But for regular living I'd need sunlight and fresh air. So no, not the perfect house.

From what I saw it was an AT&T secure storage datacenter.
