the perfect heatsink

What features would make the perfect heatsink?

1. low noise
2. high heat transfer efficiency
3. small size

5. Cold (not freezing cold since you'd get condensation. but imagine a mini air conditioner on top of your heatsink. hehe.. that would ROCK)

I should rephrase it as, the perfect heatsink that can be made realistically.

#4 and #5 are pretty much unrealistic together, you already have a free heatsink, its called air

I'm more thinking along the lines of what features of current heatsinks, do you think could be made better?

#1 three prong clip
#2 copper
etc...
