I agree she's a 10, but they could've snapped a more flattering picture of her face, looks to be in the middle of forming a smile. That seems to be the fault of the photographer, though.

Hmm that girl was posted last year on an online forum (forget which one) with many unflattering (slutty) pics as well. Apparently her bf was showing her off. I remember comments like "She's a ho" or "She's fat" from many of the members here at the time.
 
Normally, some people would make some witty comparison of her breastular area and the headlights of the car. I, however, am not that witty.
