The Patriots Crapped Out My Video Card

I got this Geforce2 GTS-V from Newegg around 10/2001. It just stopped working last night when the Patriots scored the final goal.

Ok, I was just surfing on the net and suddenly my monitor screen turned black and not recieving any video signals(too much pr0n!?). I then reboot the
computer but while booting, it gave me a two second *beep* and stops the boot. I figure it has something to do with the video card
so I to out the geforce2 and put in a S3Virge PCI card. Viola, video with the S3Virge is working. I proceed to uninstall the detonator
(nvidia driver) and hoping it will get the geforce2 card to work but no.

Please suggest what else I can trouble shoot to make sure the video card is bad or maybe it's the AGP bus/slot. I have a EpoX 8k7a m/b.
Thanks!!

The GTS-V is slower than a standard GTS, the fan not spinning in and of itself would likely not kill the card (it'd get warm, but I doubt it'd kill it). However if the fan just isn't getting power due to the card being dead, that's a different issue.

The only way to test is to get another AGP card and try it, or put the GTS-V into another computer and try it.
